The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Istanbul, making it convenient for exploring the old city center and near Sultan Ahmet square. The rooms are comfortable with centralized air-con, although not cleaned daily, and feature a balcony. The service is excellent, offering room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The dining experience offers amazing views and freshly baked European bread. However, the price may not fully reflect the value provided.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were not cleaned every day, but they were spacious with centralised air-con, windows on both external walls, and offered a nice view. The service was top-notch with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Istanbul, in the old city center, and close to the metro line connecting quickly to other parts of the city. The dining experience, with amazing views and delicious fish and chips, was a highlight of my stay.
